Last summer I had a baby shower for my little Reign.  One of the gifts we got was a Bilingual Fridge Farm Magnetic Animal Set.

I only opened it now because it is meant for 12 months and up, so Reign turning 11 months later this month, I thought, What the heck.

This toy teaches colours, animal sounds and animal facts.  All of the pieces attach to the fridge, with the animals split in half so your child can make a match.  The problem is, that the front half of the cow attaches to the fridge, but not the back end.  There is a small split in the plastic on the butt part of the cow, so the magnet does not work.

I was telling James about it, and how I thought I should contact The Company to just get a replacement part for the cow’s butt, when James just decided to email them himself.

James said on their website, it says that they will only replace  a toy within 3 months of the purchase date, and you must have the receipt.

HELLO!  I got it for a shower gift when my baby was 3 months old, couldn’t play with it yet, and I can’t remember who bought what.  How would I have a receipt?

The Company responded 2 days later to our email.

It said they are sorry for the trouble we’ve encountered.  They regret to inform us that they no longer have any replacement parts for the Fridge Farm.

Please let us know should we need any further assistance.

YEAH!  REPLACE THE ENTIRE TOY THEN.  If you don’t have a replacement cow’s ass there at The Company Manufacturer’s Plant, then replace the whole friggin thing!

Aggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh.

I emailed them back and asked them if they would replace the entire toy.

Now I wait.

Done bitching about it.
